Although this is the result we hope to expect, it is not always the result that some in our industry can produce. The first step was to identify the staining (wet dog nose) and fiber type. After a light misting of upholstery cleaning detergent and several skills learned from years of experience, the result was fantastic and we won the heart of our customer… which is our ultimate goal each and every time."
