The Last Word – October 2015

The photo contest winner this month is Jennifer Stevens of MasterCare Cleaning Co. Inc in Roseburg, OR. Her company will receive a chemical prize package from Solutions by Steam Pros worth $500.

Jennifer describes this particular job: “This was an abused rental, and what you can’t see is the smell! It was terrible. We presprayed with a high alkaline product with an oxidizer. After extracting and rinsing, we treated the carpet with an oxidizing stain removal product then bonnet cleaned. In addition to the difference in appearance, the smell was gone!”
