VMA announces ALL IN — Women in Leadership, a Violand executive summit special event

CANTON, OH — Recognizing the explosive and welcomed growth in women holding leadership positions within the restoration and cleaning industries, Violand Management Associates (VMA) announced a special 4-hour workshop to be held June 18, 2014 — the day before the start of The Violand Executive Summit, according to a press release.

The workshop will be conducted at The University Center at Kent State University’s Stark Campus in Canton, OH, the release stated.

According to the release, the event is open to women only and is facilitated by Lisa Waite, a performance consultant and university professor whose husband is a restoration business owner, giving her unique insight and understanding into the industry.  

The workshop will cover learning objectives such as skills for impactful leadership, strategies to motivate others, building collaborative relationships, and influencing organizational change through a series of relatable discussion topics, the release noted.
