Chicago — Restoration Associates Corp, an affiliate of The Standard Companies, opened its new office and warehouse March 16, according to a press release.

The new location includes a warehouse full of the latest in cutting-edge, state-of-the-art, restoration equipment, in addition to the company’s offices.

“Restoration Associates Corp is geared up to handle all emergency work associated with fires and floods,” the company said in the release. “Our vast array of drying equipment, such as commercial low-grain refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifiers, high-velocity air movers, air scrubbers with HEPA filters and hardwood floor Inject-I-Dry machines, are the best money can buy.”

Restoration Associates Corp is a fully licensed general contractor (GC) and will also be specializing in repairing the insurance losses to their pre-loss condition.

“We are all very excited about the new company. I was amazed at the advancements in technology the new equipment [has made] just over the last two years… Our Inject-I-Dry floor drying system can save and lay down a hardwood floor system that has ‘cupped’ from water damage,” 35-year industry veteran and founding partner Tom Nesbitt said in the release. “Just imagine the savings if it were a gymnasium floor.”

The company’s convenient location allows for immediate response to downtown and surrounding areas. For more information about Restoration Associates Corp, visit www.restorationassoc.com, or contact the company at 312-225-3300 or [email protected].
