TAMARAC, FL — Quickly expanding property restoration franchisor PuroClean is looking to add 13 new franchise locations in areas it has found are under served, according to press releases. Potential new PuroClean franchise locations include six in Arizona, two in Florida, and 5 in Salt Lake City.

The company is steadily working to grow the PuroClean franchise network, which now stands at more than 230 locations, though it is projected to approximately 60 franchise locations within the year. It is currently looking for qualified, potential entrepreneurs for franchise offices in the three areas of focus.

PuroClean reports there are few franchisees in Arizona’s $2.7-billion water and fire restoration market. The company is specifically aiming at the Phoenix and Tuscon markets where claims volume is especially high.

“Right now in Arizona there are more than 32,000 annual water damage claims coming in and 7,000 annual fire damage claims,” PuroClean CEO and Chairman Mark W. Davis said in the release. “These are staggering numbers that cannot be ignored. Because of the high amount of claims, PuroClean is looking for local entrepreneurs who have the desire and wherewithal to immediately help the Phoenix and Tucson communities. It’s imperative that we expand our network to service more of the Arizona market.”

A similar problem has been found in Florida, which has a reported $3.3 billion in annual water and fire losses. New PuroClean franchise locations specifically targeted are Tallahassee and Panama City.

Of the Florida expansion, Davis said, “With hurricane season starting soon, the number of mitigation jobs in Florida are going to skyrocket. It’s crucial that we expand our Florida franchise presence now, so we have the manpower needed to properly service customers during times of high demand.”

PuroClean reports that Salt Lake City has no nearby franchisees to serve its $250 fire and water damage market that sees more than 7,000 claims each year, which is why the company is looking to place five new locations in this city alone.

PuroClean offices are independently owned and operated and provide fire and smoke damage remediation, water damage remediation, flood water removal, mold removal, and biohazard cleanup for both residential and commercial properties. For more information, visit www.puroclean.com.
