ST. GEORGE, UT — LearnKey Inc., LearnCast Inc. and Predix Inc. have announced a merger, effective immediately, to form Better Learning Systems Inc. (BLS), according to a press release.

Through its three existing brands, BLS will provide premium video courseware content, online and mobile software as a service (SaaS) learning technology platforms and behavioral learning systems to provide personalized, rapid learning and publishing solutions available worldwide, the release stated.

According to the release, BLS will be led by management and a board of directors derived from all three companies, including:

• John Clemons, founder of LearnKey Inc. as chairman
• Lori Coruccini, founder and president of Predix Inc. as the leader of worldwide sales and business development
• David Clemons, founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of LearnCast Inc. as the leader of all mobile learning and emerging technology initiatives.

"The combined strengths and experience in creating premium learning content provided through world-class mobile and online delivery systems, and leveraging the behavioral aspect of learning, enables us to rapidly deploy a high quality, low-cost prescribed learning solution to K-12, higher education, corporate enterprises and individuals," said John Clemons.
