LOS ANGELES, CA — As the holiday season begins, Paul Shaper Productions is publishing their annual rug industry “Woven Treasures” Advertising Calendar for 2017. Due to the first edition selling out, a second limited edition will go to press immediately, according to a press release.

It is the 26th year of production for the wall hanging advertising rug calendar. The Shapers travel to the rug centers of the world to capture the compelling art and culture which serves as a rich background for the rug collection offered by leading importers and retailers.

Retailers and cleaners give the calendars out to their customers and referring affiliates with their advertising message printed on each month. To offer a gift that may be kept and referred to now and after 2017, the calendar additionally contains two rug guides: “How to Care for Your Rug” and “How to Select An Oriental Rug.”

In this world of digital phones and computers, Shaper says that “we have found a niche for retailers and cleaners that want to give out something personal that reflects their thoughtfulness and dedication to their qualified customers who love rugs. Qualifying who get them with a marketing plan is the key to their success.”

Joe Gable of Serafian’s in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a 20 year user/consumer says: “I consider the calendar an essential part of my marketing and a favorite among customers. We use them at parties, in store hand-outs and mail them out. I like it because it keeps my name in front of my customers 24/7 and now using it over social and blog media. I have increased my orders to 1,500 these past several years.”

Shaper also provides customers with a motion advertisement that retailers/cleaners post on their websites, Facebook and blogs to offer the calendar.

Customized calendars prices: $3.00 to $8.50 depending on quantity. Non-custom calendars are also available for more budget oriented gift giving. All details are available on the company’s website.
