John describes this particular job: "This house was occupied by an elderly couple who did not have the ability to properly care for the carpet. After moving into a retirement home, they asked their nephew to hire someone to clean the carpet. New carpet was not in the budget, however, and they had the home rented with a tenant moving in within a couple of days. We had cleaned for their nephew in the past, so he asked if we could help. We started with a very slow and thorough vacuuming. We chose an enzyme traffic lane cleaner due to the large amount of cooking grease coming out of the kitchen and tracked throughout the home. After agitation with an oscillating pad machine and rinsing with an extraction detergent, the carpet really turned out well."
