Keith describes this particular job: “These photographs are from a nasty rental I handle. Of course, I first thoroughly pre-vacuumed the carpet. I used a quality pre-spray with an oxygen booster that I gave plenty of dwell time and agitated with an orbital machine. I then cranked up the heat on my truckmount and flushed with an encapsulation acid rinse. The landlord was amazed and was very happy he didn't have to replace the carpet.”
