ROME, GA — Rug Suckers, a family-owned carpet cleaning business, received official forms from the Georgia Department of Labor last month with a pretty big mistake, according to WSB-TV.

"Our company name is Rug Suckers and there was a foul word in place of the Suckers," said Pepper Powell, manager for Rug Suckers.

The Department of Labor employee who addressed the envelope is blaming the error on miscommunication, the article stated.

"I understood you to say that the company's name was rug *uckers. I asked you twice and you replied, 'Yes it was.' I don’t talk like that, but I am apologizing if I got that wrong," the employee said via voicemail.

According to the article, the Department of Labor is investigating the situation and the worker involved has been suspended.
