NAPLES, FL — Lynn Tall’s Rug Advocate™ is pleased to announce dates for their next training class "Introduction to Rugs and Customer Service" to be held in Naples, FL, October 22-25, 2014, according to a press release.
This class is aimed both at cleaning and restoration companies looking to expand into the rug cleaning business, and front office staff for existing cleaners, the release stated.
According to the release, with "Introduction to Rugs and Customer Service," Lynn Tall is addressing a gap in the available training market.
"There are all kinds of advanced rug ID and cleaning specific training available from great sources like Lisa Wagner's ‘RugClass.com’ as well as places to get 'tastes' of the business like on the ‘RugLover Tours.’ But there's very little training available for the true beginner or front office staff who need to speak intelligently about what they do but don't necessarily need to know how to clean the rugs themselves," said Tall.
Rug Advocate seminars are restricted to very small groups of 12 or fewer so that all attendees get one on one attention; IICRC members will be pleased to note that this seminar has been approved for 2 IICRC continuing education credits, the release noted.
