John describes this particular job: "This was an apartment carpet that my 23-year-old daughter, Rosie, and I we were asked to clean. It was in pretty bad shape, and there were many doubts as to how it would turn out. We prevacuumed, preconditioned with an in-line sprayer, utilizing a peroxide solution, and agitated vigorously, then lots of flushing with hot water extraction. There were several people, including tenants, who saw this job before we cleaned it and after we were done. Needless to say, there were a lot of surprised looks on their faces after we were done."
