D & A names exec, scores contracts, opens branch

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL — D & A Building Services, Inc., a provider of facility maintenance services, named Pat Lamb Central Florida branch manager, according to a press release received by CM e-News Daily today. Lamb is responsible for maintaining current accounts in Central Florida as well as sales and business development, according to the release. D & A said in a press release that the company has expanded throughout Florida and its new contracts — with a combined value of $390,000 — include:

• Tricony at 1404 Forum, West Palm Beach, FL
